Current job opportunities at FIC

  • Executive Director

    The Executive Director provides strategic leadership and operational management to implement key initiatives that support the church’s mission and vision. This role collaborates with FIC staff to ensure alignment across all ministries and administrative functions, driving the church’s growth and development. The Executive Director reports to the Senior Pastor and directly supervises the Facilities Manager, Communications Director, and Church Administrator. The Executive Director is responsible for Accounts Receivable and Payroll for the church.

  • Church Administrator

    The Church Administrator serves as a team builder, providing administrative and operational support to the ministry team, Council leadership, congregational members, and the surrounding community. In this organizational and management role, the Church Administrator assists pastors and staff in executing their ministry goals and supports the achievement of FIC’s mission and vision. The Church Administrator supervises volunteers, including receptionists, and ensures the effective implementation of all Council-approved ministries and staff meetings. The Church Administrator is the primary Accounts Payable contact for the church.
